We are a partnership of physicians and scientists in nearly 30 countries around the world.  Together, we leverage scientific discoveries for individuals with disorders of immune function.

About ICID?
WHAT IS ICID?
The ICID Network is an international consortium that investigates genetic and molecular causes of immune dysfunction to understand how and why these diseases occur.
OUR WORK
Our work starts and ends with our patients. Disorders of immune dysfunction are rare and often devastating diseases. Our collaborative endeavor enables a dynamic exchange of clinical knowledge and leading-edge technologies on a global scale to better serve those suffering from these conditions.
JOIN US
Join ICID by submitting a case submission form. All studies are performed on a research basis without any cost to the referring center or patients.
OUR PROCESS
Any physician can submit a case submission form summarizing the clinical history of patients with immune dysfunction. Cases are reviewed every Friday, and we will respond two days thereafter.
Our team designs a personalized research strategy for each case. We utilize a multidisciplinary approach integrating next-generation DNA sequencing, molecular techniques, and cellular assays. .
Our findings are shared with our collaborators and the scientific community with the goal of elucidating mechanisms of primary immunodeficiencies.
